Tim is a founding Director of the Inova Group and is based in Nelson, New Zealand. As a former ski Coach and Racer, and USPTA Tennis Coach he loves sports, the outdoors and looks for any opportunity to plant trees and get his hands dirty on his 16 acre organic tree crop farm.
Juliet Monaghan
Senior Consultant
Juliet has a diverse background being multi-skilled in a range of disciplines, including professional expertise as a theatre director, administrator and actress, television drama director, casting director, television presenter, and business training consultant.
Her experience as an actress, former television presenter, teacher, and numerous directing roles has given her a broad range of skills and depth of knowledge in terms of designing and delivering unique Presentation, Leadership, Creativity and Coaching Performance programmes. She is valued for her perceptive insight and her ability to coach and give feedback to clients with regard to performance improvement. Her ability to draw on the craft, techniques and skills of the highly trained actor/television presenter and to apply these principles to business communications have proved to be invaluable.
Her experience as a director of many disciplines demonstrates Juliet's creative and visionary skills. She is able to conceive original concepts/projects and bring them to fruition effectively under pressure.
Juliet holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, and a Diploma in Drama. In 1986 she was awarded the honour of Cultural Ambassador, representing New Zealand internationally in the Performing Arts arena. She has received numerous grants from Creative New Zealand - formally the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council - for directing and creating original works in the performing arts arena. Her recent directing credits include 'Shortland Street', the Enid Blyton Adventure Series for Could 9 Screen Entertainment, CAVE CREEK - the full story of a National Tragedy, and 'EPITAPH' for TVNZ. She has completed the Training Trainers programme at the Performance Improvement Centre, Auckland College of Education and has trained across a broad range of industries including Travel, Telecommunications, Environment Services, Forestry, Government Departments, Small Business, Hospitality, Entertainment, Banking and Finance.
Carin Wilson

Carin is a founding Director of Inova Group and lives and works at his CreativeLab alternative campus north of Auckland. He holds an honorary Diploma in Furniture Design and a Practitioners.
Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. A former President and Fellow of the Designer's Institute of NZ he was the founding Chair of Nga Aho, the Society of Maori Design Professionals and an honorary holder of Toi Iho – the quality mark for Māori Arts. Nga Aho recently conferred the honour Kahui Whetu in recognition of his contribution.
Carin has been credited by colleagues with being a deep strategic thinker with more than thirty-five years experience in design, education and business. At the heart of his work is an exploration of creative process. Ground-breaking initiatives defining our cultural landscape and an urban sense of place have been the focus of his team-based contribution.

There are so many ways of exploring the gift of relationship and I am usually short of words to describe how important it is to me’. Along with his passion for learning he enjoys anything on water, skiing, music, art, architecture, landscaping and design.
Yugan Sikri MS

Yugan is a seasoned IT leader with 20+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers and advisory & solution services to grow and improve their business. Further, he has strong experience in building partner and vendor programs and in building sustainable relationships.
Yugan is based in Bay area, California. Yugan is an avid speaker and has led 50+ CXO speaking events. His latest article in April 2017 is for the CIO Magazine (https://tinyurl.com/yogiotcio). It discusses how enterprises can grow their IoT programs. Before joining Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Yugan was a Leader at Bluestone (since 1995), which was a startup that enabled the transformation of Legacy Enterprise and Consumer systems to Web based systems and an IDE for building Internet based services.
Yugan holds a Masters Degree in Administrative Studies from Missouri State University and a B.E in Computer Science from Poona University, India. Besides his day job, Yugan enjoys Yoga, Movement & Chanting and dreaming up new ideas to make the world a peaceful place.
